Solution for neuter or slightly alkaline, insoluble in ethanol, ethyl ether, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, etc, soluble in water 60% alcohol or acetone solution. Has hygroscopic, stable, the viscosity of warmth with temperature decreased, while the solution in PH 2 ~ 10 stability, PH less than 2, have solid exhalation, PH value is higher than 10 viscosity reduced.
